These spicy noodles are soooo good. Seriously addictive!
1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 tsp sriracha
Juice of 1/2 lime
Grated rind of 1/2 lime
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pasta water
Boil pasta in heavily salted water and reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid
In a frying pan, add together all of the remaining ingredients, except parsley Whisk until well combined and smooth.
Cook down until sauce reduces by half
Add cooked pasta and combine well
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
