The Pink Lemonade

Now, it's no secret that I love a good cocktail.

On a recent lunch date, an old college friend and I were reminiscing about a cocktail our favorite bar used to serve. The Pink Lemonade. This drink had it all going on. It was sweet but sour, refreshing, and had enough alcohol in it to do its job.

Luckily, this cocktail does not require many ingredients to re-create. It is also a really pretty shade of pink and would be great for a shower or bachelorette party! It would look terrific served in mason jars, highballs, or in martini glasses rimmed with pink sugar.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz citron vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
2 oz sweet and sour mix

Procedure:
Put in shaker with ice and stir; Strain
Can be served on the rocks or straight up
Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel (optional)
